We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 🕓 Cancellation & Rescheduling: 24+ hours notice – No charge. Less than 24 hours notice, Same-day cancellations or no-shows–– 100% of the service fee will be charged. At the discretion of the admin team a ONE TIME COURTESY RESCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY MAYBE OFFERED. 💳 Card on File: A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. 🚫 No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice may be required to prepay for future services. 💬 Emergencies: We understand that life happens.
